Senior Vice President DevOps India Vijay has over 25 years of experience, an Innovative thought leader with record of leading design, development and delivery of high technology solutions for medium to large complex projects and products using optimized processes and best practices to drive revenue, efficiency, and customer time-to-market. He has strong Engineering acumen coupled with strong Leadership skills with an hands-on approach. He has played leadership roles being a Global Engineering Head and also as a Technology head in his previous tenures. He has led culturally diverse global IT teams across multiple technology and functional areas and delivered large-scale, complex projects with a focus on technology transformation.

He has expertise in various methodologies, tools and technologies across platforms/domains and has specialization in Open Source/Java Technologies, DevOps/Cloud Technologies, Microsoft Technologies, Business Intelligence, and Legacy technologies.

Vijay is a co-leader of Encora's DevOps Technology Practice and is responsible for bringing in best practices and continuously refining processes to shorten development cycles and improve on applications time to market. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Bangalore University.
