Liliana Reina

Co-Head of Products Product Engineering Mexico Liliana Reina is the Co-Head of Proprietary Products at Encora, leading the global product strategy to launch SaaS B2B products that accelerate innovation for customers, and create a rapidly-growing annuity revenue stream.

She has over 5 years of experience building and managing products through the software development lifecycle, from ideation to design, development , launch and enhancement over time. Liliana has participated in multiple hackathons and challenges to create “proof of concept” products in a truncated time. She also has 4 years of experience in finance account administration.

Liliana is motivated every day to empower the Proprietary Product team to reach its goals by learning together and identifying new product opportunities in the rapid-evolving technology landscape. Liliana holds a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship from Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) and is an MBA candidate with an emphasis in Digital Transformation.
