QA Engineer Product Engineering Mexico Judith Garcia is one of Encora’s QA Engineering leaders. She has over 10 years of experience in software development quality, with extensive expertise in the Travel Transportation & Logistics industry.

As QA Engineering leader, Judith ensures consistent quality of deliverables from the requirements phase through deployment, creating test strategies, their execution, and automation. She has led efforts to create internal tools to increase productivity and the adoption of new processes.

In addition to her technical focus on quality, Judith has also focused on creating a safe space for team members to grow according to their professional motivations. She holds a bachelor's degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo, ISTQB and iSTQI certifications. In her free time, she geeks out about photography, cinematography, baking, gardening, languages, and dogs.
