Chinmay Mhaskar

VP of Engineering Product Engineering India Chinmay Mhaskar has over 20 years of experience spanning a wide range of technical and managerial positions within multi-site, multi-cultural teams. He leads several large product development and delivery teams across industry domains using diverse technology skills.

Chinmay is a co-leader of Encora’s Product Engineering Technology Practice, responsible for product engineering process improvements, delivery predictability and overall customer satisfaction. He has built, setup and managed multiple offshore product development teams on cutting edge technologies and helped several key customers to modernize their product.

Chinmay is passionate about new product design, development and delivery. He holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara.
