Principal Data Engineer Data Science & Engineering Perú César Oliart is a Principal Data Engineer at Encora's CSA Division. He is a multi-disciplinary engineer with over 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and other related areas. BSc in System Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).

César's deepest expertise is centered on the Modern Data Stack, creating and maintaining data solution in the cloud across a wide variety of client contexts. He has experience designing and implementing data solutions, optimizing data pipelines and improving cloud architectures.

César is passionate about investigation and implementation of new technologies to create a positive impact on clients.
