Vice President-Digital Learning/Experience Digital Experience India Nupur Avantika is Vice President-Digital Learning/Experience at Encora and is based in Pune, India. Nupur heads the operations of the Digital Learning/Experience at Encora’s Pune Lab with the mandate of stabilizing operations and ensuring seamless customer engagement through the ongoing business transformation. She also works closely with the sales leadership in the US, Europe, and APAC to ensure predictable and continuous business. With 20+ years of experience in digital learning, another focus area for Nupur is to upscale our capabilities to include latest trends and technologies in the Digital Learning/Experience domain.

Nupur holds a Master’s in Communication Media for Children from SNDT University, Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus Institute of Management, Singapore, in collaboration with MIT Management Executive Education and Columbia Business School.
