Marc Hollyoak

Head of GenAI Strategy & Innovation Marc is a seasoned strategist and innovator, currently spearheading the development of modern Generative AI concepts in the insurance industry at Encora Inc. Previously within multinationals like Capita and HPE, he has successfully led strategy, innovation, and excellence in AI, data, and low-code practices. A serial entrepreneur, Marc has co-founded several startups in telematics insurance, telecoms, and online marketplaces, showcasing his ability to drive innovation and growth. He is pursuing a PhD in Deep Reinforcement Learning and holds an MBA, MSc in Systems Design, and BSc in Computer Science. As a Chartered Engineer and European Engineer with the British Computer Society, Marc is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and creating transformative solutions for clients navigating the Generative AI landscape.
