QA Unit Manager Quality Engineering Costa Rica Starts his work in Encora in 2003 as a PM, leading web applications development projects and the development of the SIEF application, which kickstarted the creation of the Bank Unit, that is currently installed in over 10 financial institutions across Costa Rica. He leads the establishment of the first services and Testing Methodology, that would later become Encora's Business Unit of Testing Services, being its Corporate Manager from 2006 until the present time. He helped grow the Unit from its beginnings, 24 to over 330 people as of currently and has offered not only functional tests but also automation and specialized testings. Before Encora, he worked for 10 years on the company Sysde Internacional, as a Presale Corporate Manager and a Microcredit System Product Manager, where he lead financial system implementation projects in Latin America and Africa, in countries such as Madagascar, Senegal, Burkina Faso, and Mali He alternates his activities in the Quality Control area with his passion for music, piano, scuba diving, and mountain biking.
