Ana Robles

Machine Learning Engineer GENERATIVE AI Mexico Ana Robles is a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in system architecture, API creation, database integration, and performance optimization, with a solid track-record of always delivering high-quality software that consistently surpasses customer expectations.

Ana is currently leading one of Encora's Generative AI teams, working on how to best integrate LLMs with other ML systems and software tools, to create software agents with multimodal capabilities. For the last 13 years she has also been a volunteer in muliple STEM education projects, and she is the co-founder of the Gauss Galois project, a Latin America based initiative that unites participants from over 13 countries, that helps prepare students to compete in the International Mathematical Olympiad.

Ana holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. She was honored with the "Leaders of Tomorrow" distinction.
