Alvaro Zuñiga

Quality Assurance Manager Quality Engineering Costa Rica Álvaro Zúñiga is a Quality Assurance Manager at Encora. He has over 10 years of experience in a wide range of technical and managerial roles. He focuses on leading delivery teams to plan, implement and manage their QA strategies. He has acted as the QA Manager of multi-location teams in industries such as retail, e-commerce, hospitality, education, self-driving vehicles and publishing.

As Encora’s Central and South America division leader of test automation, Álvaro has been able to acquire expertise on multiple tools and techniques that he leverages to align technology solutions to business strategies.

Álvaro has a Computer Science degree and a Master’s in Information Technology Management, both from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
